1. Wandatech has over a decade of experience in the market for outdoor products, pioneering the manufacture of the side post umbrella (also known as the offset or cantilever umbrella). 4. Consumer safety is a high priority at Wandatech. Our umbrellas are specially designed to use a low voltage power supply and control panel. This ensures the peace of mind and security of our consumers when they use our products near swimming pools, spas, beaches, restaurants, etc. Furthermore, we use only UL approved Indoor/Outdoor transformers and a low voltage electrical hub to distribute the wires and lights. Wandatech is a leader in the industry, encouraging designs that protect the safety of our customers.
5. Wandatech has an excellent team dedicated to providing our customers with technical support. Side post umbrellas are very different from general center pole umbrellas in structure, installation, and maintenance. Our technical support department will answer any questions that the consumer or dealer may have during the installation or repair of their purchase.
6. Wandatech has created an innovative design for a tilting umbrella. The main pillar supports the umbrella by offering additional stability during windy conditions. Our umbrellas are famous for their “triangle back support design”, which uses the main post and the weighted base as extra support. This prevents the umbrella parts to break and/or tip over.
